Appearance: Underneath all the filthy dirty years of being on the run, Evan Rosier is quite an attractive man in his late thirties once he's cleaned up and groomed himself. Family: His immediate family has been dead for some time and was second cousins with Druella Black-Rosier. He is also Bellatrix's, Narcissa's and Andromeda's third cousin. History: Evan was born to Evan Rosier Sr. and Camilla Rosier (Darien); Evan was given everything that the heir of the Rosier family should have with the exception of one thing: a sibling. He was four years old when his mother was pregnant with his little sister but on the day that she was to be born there had been complications with his mother's pregnancy. Tragically both mother and daughter died in childbirth. His father remarried to a woman named Griselda Crane when Evan was six. Griselda aggreed to marry Rosier Sr. solely for his money and name not caring at all for the little boy who wondered why his father wanted so much to replace his mother in such a short time after she passed away. Evan's second encounter with death was around the same time at the start of his father second marriage. While curiously watching his goldfish Bubbles swimming carelessly in his bowl, Evan had thought of how a small fish could breathe underwater. He knew that all living creatures had to breathe air, but how did a fish breathe air? It sure looked to him that he breathed water. Taking the inititaive Evan carefully scooped the fish out of it's bowl and placed it on the carpet. Evan watched it flop, bouncing from one side to another, the gaping shiny mouth rapidly opened and closed until it began to slow down then finally stop and laid perfectly still. Since then he always had a twisted facination with death and it's victims. When Evan started at Hogwarts he was immediately sorted into Slytherin, there he met up with his cousins Bellatrix, Narcissa and Andromeda. Evan was the quiet sort, attending only to himself, his studies and his personal needs. On occassion he would chat up a pureblooded girl no matter what house she was in so long as her family had a good name and she was more than willing to have a good time. After graduation, his father introduced him to the one man that changed his life at an instant: Voldemort. It was his words and his actions that provided Evan to embrace his parent's beliefs and to forget the suppressed resentment toward his father. During the first war he was ruthless toward anything and anyone he came into contact with, both as a Death Eater and as a person. Soon after Regulus had betrayed them, Evan had grown closer to Rabastan to whom use to be close to Regulus. He has been in hiding ever since Rodolphus, Rabastan, Rookwood and other Death Eaters were taken to Azkaban to serve their sentence.
